  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. We had a room at a well-established hotel in London that costus 3 times the price of the Holiday per night and it wasn't nearly asnice, leading us to believe that they were trying to count on their"history" to keep the prices high.
