Brown’s Rooms is just 100 metres from Cleethorpes’ sandy beach and sea front. Home-made jams are included in the breakfasts and antique furniture features in each room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. A full English breakfast is served in the quaint breakfast room. A dinner menu is also available at Brown’s Rooms bed and breakfast. Each light, wooden floored bedroom has original features such as a fireplace or bay windows. A flat-screen TV, work desk and large chest of drawers are also included. Bars and restaurants are within the immediate area and Cleethorpes Rail Station is a 15-minute walk away. Cleethorpes town centre is just a 5-minute walk away. We liked everything about Brown's Rooms - Rebekah and Tim are most welcoming hosts and they have a wicked sense of humour. the accommodation itself is fantastic. Our room (the White Room) was huge and was furnished comfortably and thoughtfully. The bathroom had all those little extras that you tend to forget, cotton buds toothpaste etc, and nothing was too much trouble for Rebekah. Breakfast next morning was a feast. Highly recommend the little fishy on a little dishy special and the fruit.
kaikki arvostelut » The warm welcome from the hostess, who was very helpful in showing me how everything worked in the bedroom and how to find restaurants, buses and places of interest. My room held 2 single beds and the decor was restful. The pot of tea and cake on arrival was most welcome and I felt confident of being well looked after. The breakfast room was a delightful setting and the food was out of this world, cooked to perfection, the choice was vast and the presentation was excellent. This B & B is . What a lovely cosy place to visit! The rooms are decked out in Emma Bridgwater of which i know my other would enjoy alot! Very comfy beds, had 2 nights of great sleep! Also Rebecca ( the owner ) made sure i was properly watered each day from work. A nice big pot of tea with a homemade mince pie! good times. Would definitely recommend to others who either are working away on business or fancy a short break by the coast. Cleethorpes has left a lasting impression on me!. Rebekah is a fantastic host, very attentive, caring, with lots of positive energy and great sense of humor. She made our stay very special in what would be otherwise a very, very good bed&breakfast. Fantastic breakfast, afternoon welcome tea and the size, decor and the quality of the room itself are definitely the highlights of the stay in Brown's rooms making it the best bed&breakfast we've stayed in the uk so far. Highly recommended!. superb accommodation, immaculate room, fantastic comfort bed and luxurious bed linen, everything provided including towels, bathrobe, hairdryer, radio alarm, tv, Wi-Fi, kettle and cups and tea/coffee/biscuits always replenished. Breakfast was a gastronomic feast. Beautiful crockery. Excellent service overall. We were greeted warmly by the proprietor, and were made a hot drink and given a delicious homemade cake on arrival. The room was warm, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast choice was one of the best we have ever been offered. Nothing was to much trouble. We would not hesitate to stay again. Nothing not to like. Love Cleethorpes and Rebekah was an lovely hostess. Stayed at the cottage which was ideal location for my stay, it was spotless and welcoming. I loved every minute of it and will definitely be booking again as soon as possible. Although my stay at Browns rooms was short, I absolutely loved it. It felt like home. The house is beautiful, the room comfortable and the owner Rebekah was super friendly. I would go back and recommend it to anyone staying in cleethorpes!. the room was fantastic the hosts where amazing full of fun ,the pics online do not do the place justice spotless clean and very comfortable breakfast was fab anything you wanted and plenty of it . in all most enjoyable. The facilities are always clean and entirely suitable and the welcome is second to none. Lovely breakfast for a vegetarian. You are helped with anything you need or left alone if you need to get on with paperwork. Fab family run place- very welcoming. Breakfast options are great & the breakfast room is lovely too. Beautiful house & our huge bedroom had such a comfy bed it was a struggle to get up in the morning! :-). very friendly and very helpful we stayed in the cottage very clean with everything you could want was in there on arrival there was milk and fresh baked bread tea coffee etc. Fantastic welcome, awesome breakfast, comfortable bed and luxurious surroundings in our room, excellent location, friendly and helpful owners.... nothing to complain about!. Slight problem with the shower but it was sorted instantly when we raised the issue. Nothing at all. Nothing. There was nothing we didn't like. The weather was very windy and cold for the time of year. Didn't stay long enough to find anything I didn't like. there was nothing we did not like ,so we said we would go again. inthe room ther was some(elctrically driven) air refreshing device, which to my perspective was rendering a bit strong output. however it was easy to switch off and then every thing was fine. they only have 2 rooms so book it quick!. Nothing. nothing. not applicable. Nothing, all was exceptional. nothing. Nowt. There was nothing not to like. nothing. nothing. Changing temperature of shower. Nothing.
