the rooms were very clean and tidy, we had fresh towels when we needed them, Mary the owner was ever so friendly and made us feel at home.
we will defiantly be booking there again.
It was all clean and comfy. The rooms had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely and filling. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The place was close to the station, so it is easy to get to. The second room that we had was nice, with plenty of space. Due to a mix up with our booking, we were moved into this one on the second day.

the shower in the bathroom took a bit to get used to, ( switching it on ) but apart from that, nothing we did'nt like.

Not being able to pay by card... we had to go out and find a bank to draw out cash to pay.
It would be nice if breakfast was available earlier than 8.30, but I accept that I'm the exception to the usual seaside routine.
Underfloor hot pipes which made the room a little uncomfortable during the night.
Our booking was for a twin room, and we were given a double, which was no good for friends travelling together. I ended up sleeping on what looked like a sofa cushion on the floor, blocking the way to the bathroom during the night for my friend. Neither room had a plug in the wash basin, which was rather odd.
I don't like the fact I pre booked threw a website and it didn't cum threw luckily they had a room left. plus the room was £30 ...... The women asked for cash then realised a day later £30 had transferred out of my account aswel..... so I paid double.

No-one on site. Had to ring to get in.
the beds were discusting never sleep all night thin bedding not nice. Clipped mugs so didn't have a drink in room.
