Rooms were simply furnised but tasteful, beds were very comfortable. Proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful answering queries on where to dine etc. Location is off a side street, we had no sea view but good location - close to promenade ,pie and pleasure beach. Room was very clean, location is fantastic 5mins from pleasure beach and 20min walk along the shore to tower and other attractions. Breakfast was good with great service and seen to any requirements. Overall a 10/10 place to stay if visiting Blackpool.

Staff were really friendly. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good English breakfast but requests also catered for which was really good. Great location by south pier and pleasure beach. Convenient location and easy access to local amenities. The B&B was reasonably priced; warm, clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and the cooked breakfast was delicious. staff very friendly excellent food comfortable beds good location good value for money would recommend to anyone looking for a b and b in blackpool parking at the rear of the hotel. Everything about this B & B was lovely. Breakfast was great and Gale and her husband were on hand if you needed anything Would definitely go back and also recommend to friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked them for a different breakfast which was not on the menu. I would recommend them to anyone. Very good we like owner of Hotal she like pure gold we forget baby towel he post back we go back stay with again everything perfect thanks. Fantastic B&B! Very friendly and very welcoming. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was so clean good for a family and will return again.very close to the beach loved it. Really friendly and clean small hotel close to south beach. Location was excellent and if was very clean. Staff we're brilliant and the breakfast was great each morning. Food was excellent, and Gale and Kass couldn't do enough to make the stay perfect!!. .guest house was very friendly with a homely atmosphere,excellent value for money. Ideal location and good for families as they don't allow hen/stag parties there. Good facilities nice friendly hosts would definitely recommend this hotel. If improvements were to be made - a more powerful shower would be nice! The shower supplied was adequate though. there was nothing my family didnt like about the morrisy house hotel. Only downside is that we were next to a shared toilet and could hear people coming and going during the night. Nothing. Nothing!!. Only downside was room bit small but had all you needed. Room was a little cold (although we was on the ground floor) - radiator not very warm Would benefit from advertising the wifi code in the room. Everything was good. nothing. Room was a bit tight for space. A change of towels after the second day would have been good. Limited living space in room. Everything was first rate. Nothing... tough bacon fry bread.
