  We stayed in room 9 which was a little outhouse it was lovely and cosy. Modernised. And very quiet! We had a perfect nights sleep and only woke up to our alarm waking us for breakfast which we had a choice of time, 10am so we also got a nice lie in. Staff were very friendly welcoming and chatty.   Loistava aamiaisjärjestely. - I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received, offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could leave it in my room. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced to drink it) - Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere! The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, and delicious! Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs
