The Hawkes Hotel is a family-run hotel with a private bar and dining room. The hotel overlooks the beach and some rooms have sea views. All rooms have a TV, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Family rooms accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children. Cots and a baby monitor are available on request.

The hotel staff is really friendly and have full service mind. They exceed over my expectation more than the hotel price should be,and I was really impressed. I got a free coffee when I sat and waited for the train. They even asked and worried me if I went to the rail station late. Thank you for a wonderful holiday at this hotel. You and your hotel are lovely. Also I loved the girl I met. She was so cute like a little doll. Highly recommend if you need staff who can treat you like a family memb.

Breakfast was superb and the ability to specify specific items was useful rather than just eat whats on your plate. Room was clean and tidy. Will stay here again. Perfect for kids too with a selection of toys in the bar area. Parking was at the back of the hotel however limited spaces. The staff were really friendly and made us laugh. They opened the restaurant earlier so that us runners could have breakfast well in time for the race. The bed was small but comfortable and the bedding smelled fresh. Both the room and en-suite were very clean and the temperature in was just right. I would definitely stay again, next time I go to Blackpool. Absolutely immaculate bed & breakfast, fantastic breakfast which was very tasty with not one bit of grease, extremely central for the pleasure beach and the couple who run this place are very friendly and welcoming. Impressive little bar downstairs with cheap drinks. We will definitely be staying here again. Spotlessly clean and owners very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a great position for the south pier and pleasure beach. Breakfast very good with offers of more toast and tea/coffee. The bar prices are very reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Me and my partner have just got back from a stay here. Was a great time. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Was just a little cold in room. But apart from that was a very comfortable stay :) and would recommend and stay there again :). The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, whilst a little out of the way from the central pier, it was only a tram ride away or a gentle walk. All other facilities were close enough by too. What an incredible stay. The family that run this hotel are incredibly friendly. The location is wonderful right near the pleasure beach. The rooms are so clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is beautiful. Perfect!. The hotel staff were really friendly and the room was spotless!! Really happy withe stay, they also allowed is to check in at 10am so we could drop our bags off before we went on the pleasure beach.. We would no doubt stay again :). The hotel was well located, clean, everything as advertised. The staff were extremely helpful - especially since I needed to store bicycles overnight. I would recommend this hotel as great value and a real slice of Blackpool!. Paul made us very welcome and was very helpful on advising us were to eat out and were to find secure car parking. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and modern. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience!. I booked this hotel for a friend, she could not say a bad word .she was very impressed with every thing and the staff were exellent. I will be passing details to my family for the future.. Well done A+++++++++++++. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was amazing, all rooms very clean and tidy (mine had a sea view) and the location was brilliant. And all that for a very cheap price. Couldn't have hoped for a better stay. Owner very friendly and helpful and asked on arrival about dietary requirements which was great as I'm vegetarian. Comfy bed and large flat screen tv in room. Service and quality of breakfast was great. The host Linda was very friendly and helpful. She made us cups of tea whenever we asked. Breakfast was excellent, great location and excellent value for money. Lovely family run hotel close to the pleasure beach and promenade, breakfast cooked fresh each morning, will definitely return next time were in blackpool :). Very friendly lady at reception. Nice budget-friendly hotel. Ideal location for all the main Blackpool seaside attractions. Found road side parking easily. I really appreciated that the owners made us a hot breakfast earlier than they normally do to accommodate my husband's half-marathon race schedule. Lovely couple running this B&B. Small but comfortable and very clean rooms with ensuite. Lovely breakfast each morning. service was excellent staff helpful and friendly we will be using this hotel again we all had a fab time. Stay was like home. i like it all it was a good place to go. i liked every thing about the hotel!!!. the breakfast was AMAZING. Friendly good service. Lovely staff. Room was clean a bit dated breakfast was good. Nothing. I got a perfect experience. Nothing to dislike. The rooms were very small which could be a problem for families or longer stays. Nothing, everything was brilliant. None. The bedding wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There were a couple of hairs on the duvet. Nothing. Parking is difficult in the street but managed to get parked up eventually close by!. As a group booking , 2 females with young children, we were split up and placed quite high up in the hotel, top floor, I phoned in advance to ask if we could have our rooms close together but on arrival we were told that our rooms were different to when we booked. shower wasn't very powerful. n/a. only downfall was the 4 flights of stairs but that was our choice and no fault of the hotel. - nothing. Went out and when we returned the room had been left open by the cleaner wasn't happy !!!.
