  We really enjoyed our stay there. Our hosts where just great to talk to. Very friendly and knowlegeable on the area. He greated us with a refreshing drink and took the time to tell us about the area, the good restaurants and what to visit. He provided us with a local maps and great tips for local tours. She even made late special arrangements for a breakfast pack on the last day because we had to leave early, even though we only asked her to do this very late the previous evening.   Me, my hubby and 2 year old son had a fantastic stay @ the Coastlands on the ridge hotel. The hotel and rooms (big wow) are elegant and beautifully decorated (we had deluxe room) plus the view from the balcony looking out over durban is stunning. The staff were absolutely wonderful with my son, friendly and always helpfull especially @ reception (... mitä ihmiset sanovat » tony cele god bless you) and the dining area (the lady @ the entrance to the hotels dining area always warm, friendly and welcoming). We were treated - Excellent young staff at all points.They seem to want to help rather than just provide service. The arrival & departure was warm.
