One member of the staff ( I don't recall his name, but it starts with the letter j and he's from Sweeden) was exceptionally helpful to us. He was very informative, kind and patient with us. I love the kitchen, it's cozy, clean and open for 24 hours. It is such a nice and warm hostel and it is highly recommended. - It was so clean, and you didn't check in, you got an email telling you how to get into the hostel / your room. The owner called a bus for me to get me back to the airport and I saw her eating lunch with some guests - she is very nice. I felt very safe.
