We only had 1 night at the hotel which of course was not enough! Fantastic location, great pool (especially with kids section), a small playground, and within just a minutes walk of the beach. Loved the destination as well, a great surprise as the beach is terrific for kids, and lots of great restaurants line the boardwalk (which is car free). Perfect destination for families.

We stayed at the Happy Cretan for three nights and the only bad thing I have to say is that we didn't have more time there. The hotel setting was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were fresh and clean along with being eco-friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, the menu for the evening meal was fantastic and was prepared by a fantastic chef...we were never disappointed by what was served. I was welcomed by a very kind lady, and welcomed with complimentary bowl of fruits and white wine in the fridge. The view from my balcony is out of this world!
