And, when I left my cell phone charger, they mailed it back to me free of charge! - I liked that the private garage was so close. If you need a place for your car, just make sure to say so on your reservation. It was close, convenient and very safe (although I would have felt just as safe leaving it on the street in Heidelberg, it was nice knowing it was secure).

The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. On a side street, close to shops, restaurants etc.but quieter at night than many city hotels. Easy to find if you arrive by car.

It's next to River Neckar, we r given a room with the view of the river which is a bonus, the room is spotless cleaned with near brand new decoration, the bed and pillows are unexpectedly comfortable feeling at home, the bathroom is exceptionally spacious!
