  Wonderful place to stay in Rotheneuf, a quiet area of St-Malo, about 7-8 minutes drive to the Intra-Muros. The owners have done an exceptional job of redesigning the building to accommodate a quaint B & B. Here, we found very comfortable rooms with a modern decor and amenities within a historic area of town. Features a safe, p - Villa Esprit de Famille combines the best features of a hotel and a B and B. It's friendly and family run, comfortable and immaculately clean and set in the beautiful village of Rotheneuf, part of Saint-Malo. Rooms are spacious; breakfast is heavenly as they use local produce and Jean-Francois makes his own series of jams (I'd particularly recommend the apricot and rosemary!). The village has a beautiful beach, an excellent baker, butcher/traiteur, creperie and sea-food restaurant and a shop

  The location is excellent, right next to the beach. Note,the studios have balconies which only face the street. It is 30minutes walk to Porte St Vincent, the entrance to the attractive walled city.
