Incredibly friendly stuff (owners?), beautiful room with a very nice look to the see and good parking facilities. Book it fast, if they have a room available! Old St. Malo (Intra Muros) is about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel, but the view from the room is worth a little extra walk.

It was easy to find in St Malo which was a bonus! Lovely new hotel right opposite the beach. Good parking and very pleasant and informative staff on arrival who showed us our room. Lovely room. We did not use the swimming pool or spa but I expect that it would have been very good. A top class restaurant is within the hotel but we had a drink at the beautiful bar instead. Room was massive and nicely furnished. I loved it here and left completely revitalised. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Room is big and clean, all daily necesities are available, bed is quite comfortable.
Reception staff very kind and helpfull, they gave us list of best local restaurants and advised which are the best - we tried 2 of 4 and both were perfect.
Parking is inside hotel and spaceous enough for big car.
Hotel located outside of old sity but it takes only 10-15 minutes walk and the route is going along seaside, so it is very pleasant.

Villa Esprit de Famille combines the best features of a hotel and a B and B. It's friendly and family run, comfortable and immaculately clean and set in the beautiful village of Rotheneuf, part of Saint-Malo.
