Room was massive and nicely furnished. I loved it here and left completely revitalised. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Very friendly hotel staff and excellent location! - The situation of the hotel and room meant a great view of the beach. It was also within easy walking distance of the town, with many restaurants and bars. The room was nicely decorated and furnished and very clean. It was also nice to eat a good breakfast in the tea room overlooking the beach.

Friendly, kind and welcoming. 1st rate swimming pool, coffee available at the bar in late evening, excellent room, adjustable bed, multi-channel tv and breakfast. And all a few minutes away from our ferry port in the morning. We'd gladly return and probably will.

Villa Esprit de Famille combines the best features of a hotel and a B and B. It's friendly and family run, comfortable and immaculately clean and set in the beautiful village of Rotheneuf, part of Saint-Malo. Rooms are spacious; breakfast is heavenly as they use local produce and Jean-Francois makes his own series of jams (I'd particularly recommend the apricot and rosemary!). Even though we only stayed a night, the location and the modern feel of the hotel within an old building was superb...would definitely come back again for its location and the stunning views for our seaview room - children loved their interconnecting room and shower after staying in a tent for two weeks!!

The room was extremely good. Bathroom was large and newly renovated with an excellent shower. The beds were very comfortable and the in-room TV was a nice touch. Parking on-street was easy and the beach was only a block away. Access to the walled town of St-Malo is a leisurely walk or an easy drive along the beach. -

Undoubtedly the best hotel in one of the best places in the world. Seaview - unique (surprise that so much). Old-world charm - a true and heating. Even the bathroom - stylish, simple, efficiently and pleasantly. Patio at the entrance - just a picture. I think that anyone would want to return there. Look at the pictures and believe that it is even more beautiful.
