  Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. Right in the centre of Rouen, although you wouldn't notice from inside. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.

  nothing was too much trouble - Easy to find and well located. Nearer to the centre than it appears. Good secure parking and no traffic noise in rooms.

  Clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly good. It was tasty and good value. The young waitress (Melanie) was efficient ,knowledgeable about the menu and spoke excellent english. Parking was easy and worth 5 euros. - Friendly Reception Staff, good English spoken, restaurant and bar in hotel. Clean, modern room.
