We called the number that was provided on the keys a - Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

  Great Service very Friendly - I liked the availability of parking when staying at a hotel in a city. I also liked being able to walk out of the hotel and walk down the street to see city life.

  Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area.   Loved the location & the staff was very, very nice & helpful, but very little English spoken. It was charming, clean & had a very sweet lobby and courtyard. Great deal for the price.
