  - Very nice and well decorated building - good location in Chambery but also in between the mountains and lakes - very friendly, discrete and accommodating staff - Actually not that difficult to find if you pay attention - - I really enjoyed the style, look and feel of the rooms and common areas.   everything ,liked the fact that you could ski right to the front door.we were upgreaded ithink because nobody said anything to us. - Location excellent for slopes with bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstop. We barely had to walk anywhere during our stay!

  too much to type! fantastic room I stayed in a classic suite which is the biggest room I've ever stayed in for 2 people, huge bed, enormous lounge, fantastic bathroom etc etc. spa and pool area fantastic, staff attentive and very polite, bar area so comfy with huge fire and again great staff, highly recommend
