Zora, the Manager, was incredible and went above and beyond her duty. The trip would not nearly have been as great without her.
The accommodation was also very affordable given how expensive the area is, and had everything one would require for a ski trip (heat, good shower, breakfast included) -

We needed an overnight stop on our journey to a ski resort. This was perfect. Staff were excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The location was a big plus factor.
