The place is really quite comfortable to relax and have quiet days. The renovation of the castle was very good and the decoration superb. However, even if the village (with restaurants) is not far you cannot avoid to use your car every day. Lauren, the owner, was very kind and the breakfast was great.

For a 2 star hotel this was a really pleasant surprise! We loved the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful. Our room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was traditional French continental style breakfast; exactly what we wanted.

The location of the hotel was excellent and only a few minutes walk from a wide selection of restaurants and the old part of the city. The hotel room was very clean and staff were more than willing to help with any questions or requests. The metro is right outside the hotel. - Excellent room accomations. Outstanding decor. The hotel is great, very modern, big and pleasant room and bathroom, all the comfort you can expect. The location is good in terms of being beside the train station if you are traveling by train but not that safe specially on Friday/Sat. nights, good thing is there are guards around. Actually, the only thing we think needs to improve is the staff

This was the best hotel we ,stayed in on our whole six-week trip!!! The
room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and very clean. The bathroom was
very modern and clean, with an excellent shower. The Reception staff
were helpful and spoke English well. Our only regret was we were only
staying one night. Would have loved to have stayed longer. After the
tiny hotel rooms, and bathrooms, in Paris and Stasbourg, this hotel was
wonderful!!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was very good hotel; however, it had couple problems hopefully they fix them. First, the A/C (air conditioning) was very poor, the room by midnight would turn warm & humid. Second, the internet connection in the room was little weak. Beside these two problems everything looked excellent, very spacious and clean. I would rate them 8 out of 10
