  The room was huge! It was perfectly furnished, even had a modernironing device! The staff was wonderful, the receptionists spokeimmaculate english, the maids helped us turn on the jacuzzi in the bathand operate the ironing device.   The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean.   Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.
