  The hotel does not look much from the outside but is very modern and beautiful on the inside. The rooms are large by European standards and well set up incl. tea/coffee making and fridge.   We really enjoyed our stay. The school themed design is quirky and original. Our 6th rooms were light, airy, comfortable and stylish with exceptional views from the balcony. The breakfast was good (pastries, cheese, ham, yoghurts, freshly squeezed juice, coffee in thermos flasks - very school trip!). Having failed to be alerted on your website to the hotel's limited parking, we were saved from a fruitless search around Vieux Lyon for a space by the receptionist's thoughtfulness and consideration. Can't wait to return.

The hotel had nice staff, speaking every sort of language, the rooms are very tidy and we were very surprised about "up-to-date" posh bathroom. The beds are relatively small but comfortable. Reception staff helpful and efficient with warm welcome and gave a short tour of the facility and showed us to our appartement. Heated ski-ing - Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.
