Cosy room (very calm, in spite of the parking across the street) and very nice bathroom, with a special touch one doesn't find very often in other hotels.   Spacious and clean family room, comfortable double bed and two single beds. Free wifi, good sized pool. Restaurant on site had good value children's meals (7€). The drinks were pricey (as expected in France) but the set 3 course meal for 38€ was relatively good value.   L'ami Fritz was a gem. Ottrott is a strategically located village for exploring the Alsace Wine Route as well as the Vosges Mountains. The hotel was charming, rooms comfortable and quiet, hotel staff very friendly, and the hotel owner chef offers wonderful gourmet dinners, Breakfast is served in a delightful room and is excellent. Romantic and picturesque little village. Hotel and restaurant furnished with antiques. Cozy/elegant atmosphere. Excellent food and wine. Wonderful place to stay and to dine.

  Polite, pleasant and helpful staff. Room clean, well equipped except for lack of fridge and ours had a lovely balcony, ideal for soaking up the evening sun! Comfortable bed! Very little road noise. Not able to comment on restaurant as it was closed that evening. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. - Good stopping off venue between N Italy and Channel Tunnel. Beautiful furnishing, unusual decor. Charming and elegant ambience.
