  This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here with our 6-month old and our small French bulldog for a quick one-night getaway to visit the Christmas Markets. I will say that it is hard to get to (especially this time of year when many of the streets are closed due to markets) but my husband hopped out and walked up the block to the hotel and they came a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nd waved their card and let us through straight to the hotel. The hotel itself is small but impecable. I felt like I was staying in a castle of sorts. - This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.

  We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg. Staffs are super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and nice. Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). Everything came together in a perfect manner. We give our best recommendations. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

We were met by a friend of the owner who was charming and extremely helpful and also made us a superb breakfast (including wheat-free bread for me).

  The owners, Odile and Pierre were so kind and gracious. They made our trip memorable with their kind hospitality and family-like welcome. We had dinner with them one evening (totally worth doing it if you haven't had a French dining experience) and had an awesome time. The food and wine were wonderful, the conversation was delightful.   It was cosy hotel, nice and calm, in a lovely location. Included in price, the use of hotel pool and sauna, an extra plus. Also, breakfast was great. A nice touch was the home made jam one was given when checking out.

  This is one of my all-time favorite hotels! The rooms were spacious and clean, and they had great views overlooking the vineyards. The garden was a perfect place to relax with a bottle of wine under the fig, cherry and olive trees. We can't wait to return! - I loved this hotel. There was a lovely friendly atmosphere that went along with the usual criteria that were more than satisfied here. Comfortable room and bed.   The chalet accommodation was lovely, everything looks brand new and it is cosy and attractive, with a large bedroom upstairs and a seating area downstairs. The breakfast was very nice (apart from the coffee), with fresh breads and a good selection of items.
