  Everything. Location. Nice room - newly renovated. They gave me a double with a bath although I had signed up for a promotional single room - very generous. Breakfast was great. They had hot food (eggs and ham) which I could eat - I am diabetic and stay away from carbs. Good selection of carbs for those who can eat them. Excellent staff. The room was beautiful, the staff extremely courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was great. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our trip and we wished we had stayed longer.

  Polite, pleasant and helpful staff. Room clean, well equipped except for lack of fridge and ours had a lovely balcony, ideal for soaking up the evening sun! Comfortable bed! Very little road noise. Not able to comment on restaurant as it was closed that evening. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. - Good stopping off venue between N Italy and Channel Tunnel. Beautiful furnishing, unusual decor. Charming and elegant ambience.   I would definitely stay here again. Very good value. Very comfortable beds, nice clean room/bathroom. Excellent breakfast available until 11, brilliant. Late checkout (midday). PC available for guests, free teas/coffee in small ground floor TV room/lounge. Very convenient for station, old town, restaurants... handy little bakers/cafe and supermark... mitä ihmiset sanovat » et opposite. - This is a cozy Hotel. Reception staff was nice. It is super convenient to the main train station, 200 meters away, I stayed at the Ibis Styles, to catch an early train the next morning. There's another Ibis Hotel a couple of blocks away. I was glad I wasn't staying there. It was not going to be near as nice as this one.

  The hotel is beautiful. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. The only rooms available were the junior suite and after we saw it we were so glad we paid extra for it. The room was beautiful and large and worth the extra price. Everything at this hotel is pristine and reaps with French charm. The courtyard dining area is charming and the food delicious. The modern rooms carved into the old house were a treat. The staff were marvelous.

  This was a lovely, country setting, hotel. The people were extraordinary - very helpful and concerned for their guests. The restaurant was fantastic with an excellent menu! - The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and theattention to detail. The village of Mittelhousen is lovely.

  Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bedroom/bathroom clean and functional. Hotel location to city centre was good with excellent public transport facilities. - Excellent room facilities and bar/eating areas, we arrived late and the evening/night staff were amazingly helpful, a pleasure to stay there.
