  Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we stepped inside this beautifully restored 16th Century French guest house we felt at home. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and delightfully decorated. Two large rooms, one on the 3rd, one on the 4th floor. Lots of miscellaneous furniture in each. Nichole was very entertaining, full of anecdotes and opinions. Also very helpful. Wonderful breads at breakfast.

  Very close to good public transport. It is still within reasonable walking distance to the centre though. About 15 minutes. Correct laneway access does confuse satnav as it dosn't recognise street. But we still found it easy enough though. Good value for money.
