  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff are absolutely charming and great humoured and food provided for breakfasts and evening meals is fresh and well presented. Have stayed there 3 times and would not stay anywhere else in this town. - The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

  The hotel is perfect for us we were able to cook and enjoyed our stay so much.The hotel's 2 bedroom accomodations exceeded our expectations, each room has it's own kitchenette , toilets and bathrooms which made our stay truly comfortable and easy.. The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

  The people were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist us even though there was a language problem. The walk to the site was an easy walk. The price of the accomadations was extremely reasonable. We stayed in Paris and the bathroom was 1/3 the size. It was nice to have a large shower rather then the small closet we showered in Paris. Staff were courteous and helpful and appeared to have a genuine interest in making stay as le as possible. The hotel is well situated for access to the Domaine and the town. C'est tres calme, tres jolie.We are regular visitors to Lourdes and will almost certainly return to Residence du Soliel.

  We had a view of the mountains. Beautiful. The place was quiet and the perfect sanctuary to get back to after a hectic day at the center.
