Location is ideal. Five minutes from bus / train station and 10 to the Grotto. Room cleanliness & hygiene was excellent. No frills budget hotel. Stayed for 4 nights so couldve been nice if the hotel had offered us mountain facing rooms as rooms facing street can get a bit disturbing. Hotel staff were pretty reserved & were not very welcomi

After a horrendous day of rail travel we found the hotel to be great.a good stay in lourdes and the pizzas over the road were delicious.been to lourdes twice before and did not know there was a whole town to be explored. It is sort of hidden behind the religious souvenir shops. Well worth a look.

The owners were very accomidating. They graciously didn't charge us for the first night for which we were unable to stay there because we had train problems. Fantastic location hop skip and jump into the basilica complex. Simple
yet extremely clean hotel that offers you the basic requirements with
all it's warmth. This hotel completed our pilgrimage by offering all
the warmth and valuable information. The hotel could do with a bit of
mordenisation but nothing such that you would find amiss. Laura and
Peter are amazing and make outstanding hosts.

Less than 10 minutes walk to sanctuary, castle and the town.
Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station.
Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads.
English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi.

Everything was very good and the people there was very nice, kind and very helpful. Very nice ambiance and pretty room even if the bathroom was small. The hotel is situated very close to the center of town and all the attractions of the city but in the same time is in a quiet road. Very nice place to stay, good price and excellent hospitality. I would stay there another time with big pleasure.

The staff at St Christophe was extremely accommodating and helpful. Very kind people.
I also liked the room. It was at the back of the hotel and very quiet.
The hotel itself is close to the Sanctuary and Bernadettes Maison Paternelle, Monoprix and the City Centre. -
