  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby.   The hotel is perfect for us we were able to cook and enjoyed our stay so much.The hotel's 2 bedroom accomodations exceeded our expectations, each room has it's own kitchenette , toilets and bathrooms which made our stay truly comfortable and easy.. The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

  Hotel staff were very nice, the person who handle the front desk in the night very helpful, he even offered us free bear and caffé, we will stay again - Gentelemen staff at the reception were very courteous. Rooms were clean, comfortable and everything worked.

  The people were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist us even though there was a language problem. The walk to the site was an easy walk. The price of the accomadations was extremely reasonable. We stayed in Paris and the bathroom was 1/3 the size. It was nice to have a large shower rather then the small closet we showered in Paris. Staff were courteous and helpful and appeared to have a genuine interest in making stay as le as possible. The hotel is well situated for access to the Domaine and the town. C'est tres calme, tres jolie.We are regular visitors to Lourdes and will almost certainly return to Residence du Soliel.

  We visited the Lourdes in the low season, many hotels being closed because of that and also due to the flood damage caused back in June 2013. The hotel from the outside looked nothing remarkable but inside it was well appointed, with friendly staff, comfortable beds and good food.
