  Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.   I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful. Rooms had been updated The hotel is being updated and work is happening on a daily basis - Sign at reception apologies in advance for any noise - Construction work is done between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm - Did not effect our stay. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk.   A small boutique hotel which I love. Front desk staff was always helpful and had great suggestions for food and things to do. The room was very clean and modern. We had a room with a small terrace and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is close to 2 Metro stations so it's very easy to get around Paris. - I loved the entire design of the hotel so v elegant. It had central heating with towel heating. They also paid attention to every request I made. The staff Benedict, Jean and everybody were so pleasant and were so eager to help. Always smiling and kind. It was directly opp the metro. I was also lucky to meet the owner. Lovely lovely people. They made Paris a wonderful experience for me and I will definitely stay there again. So in love. Uche
