Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful.   A small boutique hotel which I love. Front desk staff was always helpful and had great suggestions for food and things to do. The room was very clean and modern. We had a room with a small terrace and a view of the Eiffel Tower.
