  The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet.   In a wonderfully vibrant area of the city, the hotel was everything I expected. Amazing and opulent furnishings/decor - and absolutely perfect for the romantic get-away at the end of a busy day in Paris. - kind and friendly staffs,clean and comfortable room,original decoration, the area seems a bit unsafe at night though... highly recommendable!!

  Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha... mitä ihmiset sanovat » mpagne to celebrate, which was a much appreciated gesture and wonderful start to our trip. We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

  Staff was friendly and helpful; knew sites in Paris and provided maps and directions. Location was really great - we could walk to just about everything. Louvre in 10 minutes; Montmartre in about 15 minutes. Rue de Parme is a small street between Rue de Clichy and Rue d'Amsterdam that is generally quiet.   Actually what i'd like most are the lovely staff (Amal, Esam and Zakia). They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy, you feel like you are in your home.
