Superb reception staff. Very helpful. Arrived at 0845 after a 12 hour train journey from Berlin - room immediately available as was breakfast!! - quite place, very close to Monmarte

The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet. The rooms are really comfortable, and perfectly maintained. - Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff; very nice, comfortable, renovated rooms; fantastic neighborhood.

The area was perfect, easy acsess to the entire city via metro and the staff was fantastic. - Very good location.Close to metro. Air conditioned. Breakfast served promptly in the room. Staff very helpfull.

cozyness, friendly staff, ,,,I cannot namy anything I did not like actually:) - I very much liked the area where the hotel was, very easy to reach from the metro station, clean, friendly stuff, very close to Sacre Coir, lively neighbourhood. Excellent hotel for its money!

In a wonderfully vibrant area of the city, the hotel was everything I expected. Amazing and opulent furnishings/decor - and absolutely perfect for the romantic get-away at the end of a busy day in Paris. - kind and friendly staffs,clean and comfortable room,original decoration, the area seems a bit unsafe at night though... highly recommendable!!

Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

Le Grey Hotel is in a great area - very close to 2 metro stations and only a short walk to numerous restaurants and Galeries Lafayette.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (we asked for a quieter room and they very kindly obliged, giving us a room facing into the garden courtyard) and the free wifi worked perfectly.

Actually what i'd like most are the lovely staff (Amal, Esam and Zakia). They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy, you feel like you are in your home. It is located in a very nice area, surrounded by many restaurants and near by the metro station. -

The hotel is very close to Rome Metro Station which makes getting around very easy. Although the bathroom was small, with a separate toilet it was quite adequate with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The room and bathroom were spotless, both cleaned each day and the bed changed each day also. I didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on

very helpful staff especially at the reception desk, twin room had enough space for accommodation of two people, very good bathroom condition - A warm atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and reasonably priced, and in acool location.
