The staff are helpful and friendlies. During my stay I needed hairdryer and the hotel provided me without charging for it. The location is easily accessible and close to the metro station Crimée.   This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. All queries - also tourist information - were attended to very well. Facilities are very clean. Space is limited in the room, but did not bother. Location is the best you can ask for. Busses are on the doorstep and can take you in any direction. The Gare l'Est station is also next door. The view from our room was excellent and there are lots of eating joints nearby. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Very apt for people who want to explore the city.
