The staff are helpful and friendlies. During my stay I needed hairdryer and the hotel provided me without charging for it. The location is easily accessible and close to the metro station Crimée. Have drawers under the bed to put luggage. The beds have curtains, which keeps more privacy for those who are asleep.

  This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. The guy at the reception was friendly and speaks English well. Really helpful guy, didn't manage to catch his name though.
