  The hotel is very close to the North station called Gare du Nord that was very comfortable. The city's hop on-hop off bus L'open tour goes near Cambrai hotel.   The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Although the check in time is at 2.30 pm but we were allowed to go in at 12noon. Very strategic area close to train station and restaurants. There are many Halal food restaurant nearby especially for muslim travellers like us. - The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.   Hotel is ok but the rooms are very small. However it does not matter since we spend most of the time out side for tourists. Very good hotels near this hotel and metro stations is very near to this hotel and also the tourism bus like hop on hopofff etc. But this place is very crowded and have to be careful in all aspects. I did not have any problems. - Location is very close to Gare du Nord, but surprisingly there is not much traffic noise during nighttime; the reception staff was very helpful, she gave us a larger room with an extra bed because we were travelling with two children, although we did not mention it earlier.

  Afraid to end up in a smudgy small sized noisy french hotel with bored personnel, this was complete opposite: of course the room was a bit small, just like the beds (I'm almost 2m), but don't go to France if you don't want that. Jan helped us confirm our reservations with a tour package and then emailed me confirmation, such a relief to have it handled so capably! We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms

  Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.
