  The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Although the check in time is at 2.30 pm but we were allowed to go in at 12noon. Very strategic area close to train station and restaurants. There are many Halal food restaurant nearby especially for muslim travellers like us. - The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.   The Staff, especially Jan, David and Alim were so very helpful and professional. Jan helped us confirm our reservations with a tour package and then emailed me confirmation, such a relief to have it handled so capably! The hotel is very close to both train stations which - A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms

  Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

  After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. The guy at the reception was friendly and speaks English well. Really helpful guy, didn't manage to catch his name though. I got a room at the 2nd highest floor facing - What I like about the hotel is, easy access to the train station and a bus to the city and to all tourists destinations in Paris. The staff are very friendly and kind and I believed they are the owner of the hotel (family business) my sister and I are the guest at the hotel and suddenly my cousin decide to join us where we stayed.
