  We went to paris to celebrate my 30th birthday. Eiffel Trocadero was everything we hoped for and more! We had booked a deluxe room with view and upon arrival were upgraded to the Eiffel suite on the top floor, the best room in the hotel. The room was amazing and the view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent! This hotel exceeded our expectations and... mitä ihmiset sanovat » made our trip very enjoyable. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the hotel was immaculate. We will definitely return. - The bed was fantastic. Very comfy all round! The room was a lovely place to be in, the bath was a good jet bath which always had a supply of hot water. The staff were always very friendly and willing to share information about Paris, and most spoke very good English. The hotel in general was very stylish with lovely decor in the communal areas.

  We loved this hotel. The room was elegant and just as pictured. The bedding was 5 star and even the baby crib had top quality sheets. The location was perfect and close to busy main street , but far enough away that it was quiet.   I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent. - We had our 10 year old grand daughter with us - Booked a family room - there was a separate bedroom for her. Rooms had been updated The hotel is being updated and work is happening on a daily basis - Sign at reception apologies in advance for any noise - Construction work is done between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm - Did not effect our stay. Staff were only to happy to offer directions and support. Breakfast was 9 Euros and was very basic compared to other hotels where we stayed on this trip. Overal

  Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.
