  We went to paris to celebrate my 30th birthday. Eiffel Trocadero was everything we hoped for and more! We had booked a deluxe room with view and upon arrival were upgraded to the Eiffel suite on the top floor, the best room in the hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the hotel was immaculate. We will definitely return. - The bed was fantastic. Very comfy all round! The room was a lovely place to be in, the bath was a good jet bath which always had a supply of hot water. The staff were always very friendly and willing to share information about Paris, and most spoke very good English. The hotel in general was very stylish with lovely decor in the communal areas.

  We stayed the 26 November to the 29 2008.The hotel was near every tourist attraction in Paris and metro. I really recommend it. The staff was friendly and patient.   I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful.
