This is a typical French home welcoming guests into a "rustic" charm. Best nights sleep I've had in years. Breakfast good, and Eve, the owner, was very attentive. Bit of a long haul up the hill to the town, but at least it gives you an appetite. Ideal for Circuit de Ramparts and Rally. -

Excellent friendly welcome. Delightfully and quirkily furnished. Wonderful breakfast consisting of many homemade delicacies, voghourt, preserves and cake. A wonderful selection of books if literally minded.

Laferrière has loads of character, with it's limestone walls and tasteful interior. I was made to feel very welcome and at home, everyone was extremely helpful. It really catches the sun and I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. Great location for the centre of town, just a short walk in a straight line!
