The accommodation was excellent value for money. It was really well equipped for a self-catering holiday with a huge fridge and lots of utensils etc. Having two bathrooms with a shower in each was great. Ambience unbelievable, with farmyard feel, geese meandering in the 5 acres of old world charm, and oozing with history and antiques. Amazing array of all sorts of wares to buy displayed in every nook and crany. Breakfast in the barn cosy and inviting. A wonderful retreat at a very affordable price.

It was fantastic, The room was amazing and the view was great too, they took my request of putting me onto a highfloor and i got the top floor wich was Perfect.The staff were friendly and were like ghosts they stayed out of your way but were there when you needed them, but they didnt go above and beyond i suppose. the layout was great of all floors and it really was a great hotel and ill definatley stay there again for special occasions, its definatley not a hotel to go to for no reason.

The customer service was superb. The staff member really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Facilities second to none for ll of Perth, in this price range. I often stay in Perth for work and will be back to N=Banister Suites.
