Exceptional hotel in Perth. We stayed here on a Saturday night and booked the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment. First impression when you enter the room is WOW!!! The price for a Saturday night was very affordable compared to other places that I looked at and they could not compare to the luxury that was on offer here. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. The room was was amazing, we were on the 13th floor with amazing views of WACA and Queens gardens, the is spacious and set.
kaikki arvostelut » It was fantastic, The room was amazing and the view was great too, they took my request of putting me onto a highfloor and i got the top floor wich was Perfect.The staff were friendly and were like ghosts they stayed out of your way but were there when you needed them, but they didnt go above and beyond i suppose. the layout was great of all floors and it really was a great hotel and ill definatley stay there again for special occasions, its definatley not a hotel to go to for no reason. We booked this hotel to stay in Perth for my husband's 50th birthday weekend. It was easy to get into town by bus and walking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked out we discovered they had upgraded us from the Queen Studio we booked to a Premium One Bedroom Suite at no extra cost! We had views of the river and the city from our own balcony. It was wonderful. My husband said the stay here helped make his birthday weekend even better. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times - it is a nice, new, modern hotel. Comforatble beds and some rooms have nice river views. The only downside is it's location - it's not bad, but it is about 10-15 min walk from the city centre... so after late check in I feel it is too much effort to go out and just tend to stay in... (the fitness centre, sauna, spa and pool are nice to just relax and take it easy). So good for business travel. The hotel is new and presented so beautifully, the facilities in the room are excellent, the decor is modern and the rooms are of a very high standard. We were upgraded to a premier one bedroom apartment on the top floor (we'd booked a deluxe one bedroom aprtment) and the view was sensational. Check in and check out were both effiecient and the staff were very friendly. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again. Helpful and very friendly staff. Very comfortable, modern large room, excellent bed comfort. Spacious bathroom. River views, especially from the rooms on the higher levels. Underground parking with plenty of space. Small, well equipped gym. There is a restaurant & bar on ground level, the food is Australian and of good quality. Location is at the eastern side of Perth, within the free travel zone for city busses. We were not happy with the room we were put in as it didn't look like the one we booked online, when we told one of the staff she attended to us straight away and could not get us in to the room we booked as it was not available so she put us in a even better room couldn't have been happier with the room and how helpfull everyone was will definently come for a relaxing stay away with my partner. Frasers exceeded our expectations for value for money and quality, especially for Perth which is generally very expensive for very middle of the road accommodation. Check-in was quick and efficient, the staff courteous and welcoming. Our suite was well-furnished, comfortable and very clean. Ideal city location. We look forward to staying at Frasers in the future and will be happy to recommend. Hotel was brand new and very sleek. Facilities (Gym, pool and sauna) although not full sized were tip top and just nice. Rooms came with refillable of hot packeted beverages like hot chocolate and teas, as well as mineral water. Design of the room very contemporary and "in". The entire hotel was very "clean" and "new". Two words everyone loves to hear when it comes to choice accommodation. Modern decore, newly built, large rooms, heaps of ammenities, reasonabley priced, comfy beds and efficient, friendly service. We were also upgraded to a larger room which was so spacious and had a sliding dividing door. Very clever of hotel to make us feel special! Loved the self service Nespresso machine at breakfast!!. The rooms was very spacious with high ceiling and well appointed. It has a best view of Swan river. It was also convinient located at the end of Adelaide Street which leads to Saint George Terrace, the main streat of Perth CBD. That means free bus ride within the CBD area as well as to main shopping area. Very high class with excellent rooms and staff. Reasonably priced and a good location for getting about Perth. It was that good that we booked a further two nights before our onward journey. Diana was fantastic in all respects and also Dominic was very helpful too. Well done and keep up the good work. I especially enjoyed the art and furniture in the room. Exceptionally clean and quiet room. All staff were kind and friendly. Attractive building, great view. The bedroom curtains blocked out all the street light and I was able to sleep well. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready. Bed size is impressively big and clean, just like staying at a 5 star hotel but pay much lesser, absolutely value for money. Bus stop is just right in front of the apartment and what you need to do is to hop on any bus to the city center, it is totally free of charge. The staff go out of there way to help. We had just driven from Albany non stop and were very tired. My partner went for a shower and discovered the drain was blocked. I contacted reception and they immediately moved us to another room with staff assistance. The appartments are brand new and very stylish. The gym is really good and the pool area looks great although I didnt swim. Its in a quite part of Perth but an easy walk into the city 15mins approx , close to convienent stores for nibbles and drinks . Suited our purposes well. apartment with all facilities...kitchen, laundry, for our week's stay. Perth's free public transport made getting to where we needed to be easier. Even the bus trip to Fremantle only cost $11 for both of us on a day pass. This was a very new hotel and everything still looks fresh and feels new. The large rooms are a bonus for travellers staying for an extended period. The room came with a washer/dryer and dishwasher -- complete with the powders. Bed was comfy. the design of this hotel surprised me with the value of money, such an excellent choice. such a clean, and you have what most traveller wanted ; quality and quantity satisfy me. thanks again for letsbookhotel.com and fraser suite team. Enjoyed the view as we upgraded from studio room to one bedroom apartment. Evening meal in the restaurant was very enjoyable. Found staff obliging. Would definitely stay here again. Bed comfy & liked the layout of the apartment. Able to check in early. Asked for a lovely room (as was a wedding anniversary) and got upgraded to an executive suite which was lovely. Manager came personally with wine and chocolates which was a lovely surprise Excellent beds. We'd booked this hotel because it was close to the WACA, and it's location couldn't have been better. Very modern & comfortable hotel. It was easy to get to other areas of the city by catching the free bus services. I lke to stay in nice new places that are not over priced. It was a little over my budget and i couldnt afford it on my own however with 2 people it was excellent. I hope to visit again soon and try Melbourne and Overseas. We were visiting Perth for the cricket and the suites were in an execellent location for the WACA and also it was easy to get free transport to the various Perth attractions. The facilities were excellent with free Wi Fi. Fraser Suites Perth has luxury with a casual atmosphere. You felt important by all staff. The breakfast menu was full of choices and reasonably priced. Great views from the rooms (L14). Handy to public transport. Close to free city bus which enabled us to see parts of the city we would not necessarily have sought out, staff were extremely polite and helpful, food at the restaurant was satisfactory but menu could be improved. We stayed twice there in the trip: beginning 2 days and last day. We got the upgrade to 1-bedroom suit in the last day stay. The 1-bedroom suit has laundry equipment and cooking areas which I expected in the trip. Fantastic new hotel, spacious room with kitchen, large bed and good bathroom. In room Wifi was free for the 24 hour period of my stay. If you want to be in CBD but not right in the centre then this is a good option. Excellent setup to move into after a long trans Tasman flight. Food and coffee were readily available in the restaurant. The bed was comfy and the sheets very soft. I trust my next three days will be just as good. I liked the service from Mariska Bezuidenhout and the staff. Using the hotel bicycles - Molly was helpful in providing me with the necessities. The shuttle bus stop outside the hotel to pop into the shopping area. A beautiful hotel- modern style, but extremely well set up. We think we were upgraded which was nice. We had a washing machine & dryer which was welcome after 5 days travelling. Also hotplates & microwave. Very good pre-arrangement welcoming our arrival. I didnt book parking wich granted was my mistake i asked if we could and they genrously said yes its $30 i stayed for two nights and assumed it was $30 for both nights not $30 a night otherwise we would not have accepted it. Apart from that there was nothing else to really complain about. If i wanted to be picky i would say the pool wasnt heated and the gym didnt have enough waited machines but thats picky. The parking at $30 per day. You could come and go as you pleased but it is very expensive!. Parking costs of $30 a night is a bit steep. Also, the $100 per night deposit is excessive. The price of parking is $30 per 24 hour, which is a bit expensive. Other than that, we had an excellent stay. Our room service order was wrong twice. Nothing. Bed sheets were NOT changed everyday. While understandable as it would cost a bomb in laundry- I did leave one or two big removable stains on a pillow case as a test for attention to detail. Apparently no attention was made to this. Folder bed was large but extremely uncomfortable and could not be slept on. Teenage daughter slept on couch. Second floor room was perhaps too close to traffic which woke us up. will request higher floor next time. The quality of room service dinner needs improvement for such a high class serviced apartment building. Cannot fault anything. I did not like leaving. I wanted to stay. Housekeeping need to be improved as during our stays, there was once toiletries and bath mat not replaced. The check in girl was not the most helpful, but the next time I was at the desk they were all very helpful. Parking is quite expensive and there is free parking after 6pm next to the hotel . Pity the location. But it isn't bad if you have a car. Floor at the shower area could do with better levelling as water ponded on certain areas. i booked a room studio where in the photos there's bathtub but there's none and i have to upgrade to have one. perhaps for your future guest assistant, you should post photos of each room's type. the rest is excellent. Parking a bit pricey. Location perfect for what we wanted. Discovered a great place for breakfast not far away. I missed breakfast in the morning. No dislikes. We got the studio in the first 2 days stay. The studio doesn't have any cooking area or the washing machine. It's under my expectation. Besides, though wifi was included in the booking confirmation form, we didn't get any wifi access during the stays. My 18th floor room faced east towards construction of a tall building, so view was not great, and I can imagine there will be construction noise at times. It was located further from CBD than we expected . Great if going to the cricket but a long walk to city attractions or restaurants. I think number 37 bus was close by & runs frequently till about 3pm up to CBD, Kings Park & beyond. A bit far from train station and city center. Rooms could not be cooled enough to sleep comfortably at night. The location of the hotel is out of the way and there are no other cafes or restaurants nearby. There is nothing nearby. no info about parking on the website. needs to state the location of parking out the back to avoid the small crowded entrance on adelaide tce. if i had of known, i would of parked there first, hassle free. Room service delivery fee, $5 per order. The spa water temperature was not warm enough and therefore not so enjoyable. The wind tunnel created by the design outside the foyer doors. Really nothing loved everything. Would give it 10/10. If I had to say hot water took a while to come in so felt like I was wasting water. Windows dirty. We only booked one night! Lol. The cleaning staff needs to be more efforts The changing room lights of the swimming pool was switched off automatically at 10 pm as the pool closes at 10 pm , it was a serious issue that could have causes an injury to us , as we were inside the changing room & it was a complete darkness , we couldn’t find our way out & I had a small bros to my leg. Hard to find fault here , and I am a hard marker !. We paid the "opening special" rate, regular price would have probably been over our budget. Parking was $30/night, which I think is high but doesn't seem too out of line with other hotels in the area. The breakfast was cold. I couldnt find a cleran table to sit at at 8am. The hot food had been there a while and was cold. The scrambled eggs were solid and no option was asked for freshly cooked eggs. Very dissapointed with the food and the lady at the door did not seem to be interested (Irish lady). advice for the free city buses was not the best. Sightseeing brochures could be better presented. Nothing, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The unawareness of having to pay to a $100 bond upon checking in. Lack of communication and organisation when checking. Attitude of some members of staff. Cant think of anything right now.
