  Location was awesome - absolutely lived up to the pictures, and we loved it. The space was also good - we had two separate apartments with a connecting door. - the staff very nice, design of the bedroom very good, lot of good amenities like a washing machine, a oven, tea coffee, blanket and so on

  Wonderful location and setting. Staff welcome was friendly and informative. Dinner was excellent but at both dinner and breakfast we found service and attitude to be mixed - there was a need for training of some of the young staff. Breakfast room was filled with overly zealous removal of plates and yet no one assisting with coffee and serving of f... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ood. In our opinion, a fixed $30 + buffet should still include some service. And speaking of cost - with no alternative of an a la carte breakfast men - Situated in a national park there was good access to several short and long walks. No television in rooms was great, added to the peaceful, relaxing feel of the whole area. The option of cooking for yourself or a great bistro and al carte restaurant (didn't dine al carte) with wonderful food options including a picnic hamper for walking is great a great idea.   There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Pengiun's were so cute. - Good facilities/environment; resort room is nice, spacious... mitä ihmiset sanovat » & comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  The cabin was warm and comfy, the bed was top class and the bathroom was modern with the best shower ever! Loved being upgraded to spa cabin when the double cabins that we booked had all been occupied. The position with lake view was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we loved the boat trip.   We had a fabulous 2 night stay. Even though we have made comments on 'what we didn't like', we will be back. We have already recommended your hotel to our friends and family. - We liked the peacefulness through the day, luxurious room and comfortable bed. Ducks, seagulls and other bird life swimming leisurely on the lagoon.

  We like everything about Henry Jones. This hotel has great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, a high quality onsite restaurant, a great atrium area for inclement weather, a fabulous bar. The hotel design is first rate, and the decor is in the best of taste. We cannot recommend the Henry Jones highly enough. Five stars. - The staff were very friendly and very helpfully with recommending restaurants, and sightseeing etc..they were happy to let us leave our rental car there until we were catching our flight at lunch time. I will certainly recommend the Henry jones as a place to stay when in tassie to my friends...

  A previous guest had clearly smoked in the room. I could not re-locate to another room since there are no reception staff available after 4:00 pm on Sundays. The hotel does not accept American Express cards. This was not clear on letsbookhotel.com where I used my American Express card to secure the booking. - Everything was perfect.
