Lovely Villas and very friendly staff. Loved the pool and sun deck. Have read complaints regarding the restaurant and the fact that there is only one with limited choice. This hotel is situated in front of the RAK creek with nice views. Very clean and comfortable hotel The front desk staff Khaled and Harat were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a executive suite. The hotel offers the facilities of the other two hotels Beach Hotel and the Beach Resort Hotel (private beaches, pools and facilities thereon) free of charge. We visited both resorts and really had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a gem, we try to visit every few months for a break away. The service is excellent and customer care is one of the best. Reception staff, Alison, Maria etc. cannot be anymore welcoming. They are perfect and why we go back
