El hotel podría tener 5 ESTRELLAS perfectamente. La ubicación es la mejor si eres occidental porque estás pegadito a" EL WALK". Excepcional la atención del personal atentos a todas las necesidades. El personal del hotel es muy atento y se encargan de solucionar cualquier cosa que necesites: gestionar reservas, recomendar sitios, pedir taxis..
La comida en el restaurante Le Rivage es muy buena.

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

El servicio de habitaciones muy bueno, comia y cenaba casi todos los dias en la habitacion, te traen la comida muy rapido en 20 min, mucha variedad y a buen precio la verdad. - Soy un haboitual de este Hotel, la variedad de restaurantes y bares de muy buenba calidad y en un mismo sitio resulta muy comodo.

Despite past reputation, it was more of a family hotel , no issues of hookers, no late night doors bell ringing, no disturbance, breakfast was very comfortable, access to city was very easy. Pakistani staff was very friendly and communicating.

Nos ha gustado la habitación y el interior del hotel y los empleados del
mismo, son todos super amables, sobre todo una chica griega que hablaba
español. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del centro comercial Mall of
emirtates, por si quereis hacer compritas, tambien te ofrecen un
servicio de autobus gratuito por las mañanas que te lleva a la playa

al Dubai Mall, centro comercial donde se encuentra el Burj Khalifa. El
metro mas cercano se encuentra a unos 1200 M. -
La atención anterior a la llegada. Envié un par de mails haciendo una solicitud y me respondieron en seguida y me ayudaron en lo que necesité.
