Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Todo correcto - staff were most accommodating having arrived at 1am for checkin... they also drove us to the airport with our 4 massive pieces of luggage as they coud not hail a taxi big enough - Greta for the price. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping handy. Staff friendly. Would stay there again

First of all, I like the location of the hotel. It was easy for me to find a transport if I'm going to the shops. It was a quiet area. There was a homely atmosphere,staff were accomodating and pleasant. I would stay in Eureka on my next visit to Dubai - We could'nt have asked for anything else, it was perfect! Despite past reputation, it was more of a family hotel , no issues of hookers, no late night doors bell ringing, no disturbance, breakfast was very comfortable, access to city was very easy. Pakistani staff was very friendly and communicating.
