Its location is easy to find. You can simply ask your taxi driver to take you to the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Center, and then you will find the hotel right next to the center. Hotel staff at the lobby and dining were all friendly and very attentive to their customer satisfaction. Room was very clean and spacious in good color match; blue and green stripes. Food also was very delicious especially pizzas we ordered to our room were perfect choices for late dinner with chilled wine or beer. I didn't - We stayed in Aloft for 2 nights at the new year.My wife and I are so happy of the staff's attitude (they were so friendly and helpful), cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms.I also had the opportunity to check the workout machines which were state of the art stuff I haven't seen before. Impressively smooth! Honestly we wanna come back sometime in the future and we'll recommend it to all our friends. Great hotel.I am sure we'll hear this name more in the future.

- Check-in is very fast and completed without any problem.

Hotel is clean. Right on airport street. Very easy to take a cab. There
is also a bus station right in front in hotel, even though buses are
very slow in auh, pretty crowded and infrequent. Parking in hotel is
free which is good. If you rent a car you have to valet park it at hotel
(for free). This is necessary as they have crazy rules for meters

Al Wahdah Mall is just round the corner. You can have great meals there without breaking the bank. Close to the main bus terminal. You take a bus on a day trip-shopping trip-to Dubai. You can go to Sharjah and from there visit all the other emirates. It is a conducive place to stay as it is your entry point to the UAE. Looking forward to staying there again and again.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites!

Location for my work at Airport.
Front desk staff were all very patient and efficient (especially as my booking wasn't recognised!!). Bar staff all very friendly. Swimming pool a bonus as it was particularly hot and humid this trip. I like the 24 hour deli for a quick sandwich or coffee. The business facilities were useful to me again.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with essentials- toiletries and kitchen utensils, definitely fit for a long stay for business or to take a tour around the city. Food was great - one of the reasons I love about this hotel. -

Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.

My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good. We would definitely go back there. -

Staff were attentive and eager to please (possibly due to it being Ramadan and very quiet). Very little to complain about - we had a junior suite of 85 sq m and this was ideal for the three of us.

This is a great option for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. The hotel has a great selection of restaurants, including Thai, Italian and Japanese. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is hard to beat - a 5 minute walk from the Corniche, close to a number of malls, shopping areas and restaurants. -

its was so easy to check in and check out , the room is nice i didnt imagine its going to be that nice , and its massive location is so good was only few minutes from the cornishe and few minutes driving to marina mall staff was friendly and helpfull when i was strugeling to get into my bus station. -

Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him

*Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs.
*Breakfast in the room was something.
*Staff is very friendly & attentive.
*Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing.
*Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island.
Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation.

Personal - We stayed only one night, so were not able to get the full sense of a longer visit. However, our brief overnight was lovely and the staff were congenial and most helpful. - Hotel is in the Middle of the business area with quick and very easy access to restaurants and shopping facilites

food was good but expensive. although if you book in the executive Gold floor like I did, then you get a lot of complimentary meals.
