The hotel building and rooms were luxurious and fabulous. The staff were fantastic and went that one step further to make our stay even better! The facilities were exceptional. Overall a perfect hotel to stay at. Also there is a park and ride near by to allow guests to access Chester centre easily. - I enjoyed everything about my stay, i only wish

el bar - the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean tidy and comfortable. Facilites were great

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Easy 25 minute walk into Chester town centre.
