  The hotel building and rooms were luxurious and fabulous. The staff were fantastic and went that one step further to make our stay even better! The facilities were exceptional. Overall a perfect hotel to stay at. Also there is a park and ride near by to allow guests to access Chester centre easily. - I enjoyed everything about my stay, i only wish ... wat mensen zeggen » it could of been for a longer period. i will definately come back and stay again.

  The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
