Made very welcome tea and cakes on arrival Ellie made our stay very relaxing and pleasant lovely quiet surrondings enjoyed the use of the garden early evening and the guest lounge later on lovely room and bathroom opposite which was our own not shared cracking breakfast and gorgeous home made bread.Thanks for a lovely stay. My room was quite cozy and the bed comfortable. The gardens are lovely. She and her husband are very good cooks. I enjoyed my breakfast immensely.

Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.
It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport.
We would visit again without hesitation..

We liked everything. We had a lovely 20 mins walk from Wilmcote train station to get there.. the landscapes in the area are very relaxing. Alan welcomed us and we had a very peaceful and quiet night, with avery good wifi internet connection which was helpful to check some business emails. The breakfast was very good.. and we the second day we had another nice walk to the town to see the shakespeares housesvin stratford.. overall, an amazing weekend!

The welcome was warm and friendly, and being offered a pot of tea after a long drive is wonderful. Janet could not have done more for us. I usually stay in faceless hotels but decided to opt for something smaller just for a change, and this was a genuinely great find. Breakfast was lovely, and they accommodated our early start. Thanks to all at Park Cottage.

We were made very welcome and the room was lovley and warm and inviting.
High quality bed linen and towels. Tea & coffee, bicuits, water,
sweets & tissues- everything you might need. The ensuite was small
but contained everything you might need. Very helpful owners who gave us
printed directions to the driving experience we had booked at Kenilworth
Pro-drive and helpful advice on where to eat.

I booked online from New Zealand after doing a Google search.
We stayed in the Warwick Room which has 2 single beds & 1 double bed. We originally booked for two but had extra party with us on arrival.. However there was no extra charge for the extra person and this included an extra breakfast at no extra charge. We also arrived a couple of hours early but this was no problem & we were welcomed in plus given a pot of tea and biscuits. Very good location as it is very close to the Stratf

The room we had was gorgeous - a four poster bed, nice little gas fire, a spa bath, and a good little kitchen all decorated just as you would imagine a Cotswolds cottage. No detail was forgotten - even the peony handwash matched the "Peony Suite". Had the weather not been so cold we would also have enjoyed the lovely courtyard area that came with our room. Everything was perfect: the room was big, the bed very confy, the bathroom was clean. We got a key for the house, so we could get in and out at our convenience. The RSC is just ten minutes away and it is a very quiet area, so we had a perfect night sleep. There was even a TV in the room and wifi connection. We couldn't ask more!

The Garth House was a great find - a bed and breakfast conveniently located at a great price with nice facilities and great service. The owner cooked up a nice English breakfast for me each morning, drove me to the train station and did some checking via phone and internet about storage lockers at Warwick Castle. Great place.

Nice comfortable guesthouse in a convenient location only about 5 minutes walk to the main town streets. Parking was available behind the guest house.

I wanted to stay somehwere close to the marathon strart point for the following day and couldn't have been better placed location-wise. I found the owner very polite and welcoming, and the room clean, with an amazingly comfy bed! Upon entry i was asked what i would like for breakfast, service was spot on, the food was great, and the company of other guests/fellow runners made it a very sociable and enjoyable meal.
