Everything was perfect: the room was big, the bed very confy, the bathroom was clean. We got a key for the house, so we could get in and out at our convenience. The RSC is just ten minutes away and it is a very quiet area, so we had a perfect night sleep. There was even a TV in the room and wifi connection. We couldn't ask more!

The Garth House was a great find - a bed and breakfast conveniently located at a great price with nice facilities and great service. The owner cooked up a nice English breakfast for me each morning, drove me to the train station and did some checking via phone and internet about storage lockers at Warwick Castle. Great place.

The hotel offered everything needed. Our room was spacious, excellently equipped with clothes storage space, good bathroom, separate dressing room, quiet, flat screen TV , Wifi, hairdryer, mirrors, tea-making facilities, attractive garden. Nothing was missing. Well-cooked breakfast. Friendly owners. Spotlessly clean.

Wonderful country house b&b,our room must have been 30 feet square with sofas,places to write reports,comfortable bed with decent linen,and last not least a brand new shower room.
The host served a generous breakfast prepared with eggs from his 10 hens.This is the opposite of your typical robotically staffed chain hotel.
Highly recommended.

Church Farm is the ideal place to stay if you like a rural setting on the doorstep of the NEC. Comfortable, functional and all facilities we needed close at hand. The owners are friendly and welcoming but leave you to enjoy complete independence. Perfect for our stay. The horses in the courtyard we stayed in made us feel very at home.

I was a solo traveller. I found this guest house friendly , clean & comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights in a double room on the ground floor. The room was tastefully decorated with a small and functional ensuite. The hotel was approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of Warwick. Car parking at the front of the house was small but there is further parking across the road. James and his staff are doing as excellent job. I would definitely return.

This guest house was lovely. We felt really welcome and 'at home' here. A superb family run hotel ideally located to visit the surrounding area within easy walking distance to the town centre and main attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and was cooked and served at your requested time. Will for sure return to the area and will stay here again. The bedrooms were large and comfortable despite being on the main road you still do get a good night rest. A major plus it does have its own parking.

This hotel was absolutely lovely and great value for money. I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out.

We stayed here with out 2 young children as a base for visiting Warwick
Castle. The staff were very helpful & friendly, the rooms were clean
and as per the pictures on letsbookhotel.com. We enjoyed a meal in the pub
restaurant that was very good quality & service was excellent, and
the breakfast was fantastic. The castle is only a couple of minutes walk
from the hotel and very convenient. If you are looking for a hotel to
