We were so impressed with our apartment, we booked an additional two nights on the tail end of our trip. Everything about the accommodation far surpassed our expectations and we will not consider staying anywhere but here when we find ourselves back in the area. -

A beautiful location with good views to green areas. - I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, The staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough to help. the room was beautiful and clean, the location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding in the area - just wish we had more time to spend at the hotel. - Comfortable staying overnight on buisiness

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was superb.the bed was really comfortable. The food was of a high standard.the bar had a lovely log fire and a good selection of local ales and lager all resonably priced.all in all I found it a great choice except that as I travelled by train, the nearest station darsham involve

we stayed in a kinda annex the room was called Southgate. It was really comfortable. There was a DVD called "Whatever happened to Dunwich" that was entertaining! The meal at night and breakfast was fabulous...and "Mine host" was helpful and friendly....Plenty of free parking and the beach 2 mins away...I'm sure we will stay again

Staff was accomodating and understanding as we had our daughter with us. The staff switched rooms to make us more comfortable. Hot breakfast was a real treat. - Great hotel, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast! Wehave stasyed here several times before and are never disappointed, wewill be back.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Our room, although very bijou, was charming and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner on 2 nights and found the food to be very good. We were shown other rooms and they were really lovely with lots of oak flooring, big windows, lovely furnishings and good facilities such as the wet rooms and dress

Lovely rooms, great ambience, friendly hosts. I felt very comfortable being on my own on business travel. The rooms have been lovingly individually handcrafted with oak and have great design features. Great restuarant, food prices very reasonable for quality of food, has indoor and outdoor areas and comfy couhes by a fireplace. Would recommend, and Beccles is a lovely village on the broads.

When we arrived,it was quite late and Perry made sure there was milk, tea and coffee. He had also got us some flap jacks for a late evening snack. He was super friendly, very helpful with suggestions of local sights to see. We would definitely stay here again. -
